right: Law no.185 of 22/5/99 has brought into force the 97/7/EC measure
for consumer protection regarding distance contracts.
Should
our clients not be fully satisfied with the goods received then they are
entitled to return the goods, paying shipping costs, within 10 days of
delivery. In this case, Cinius (Via Collamarini 25 - 40138 Bologna Italy)
is to be informed by registered return post. Delivery costs are not
refundable.
The withdrawal right does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made
items (excluding the standard sizes offered in the catalogue).

Srl reserves the right to alter the sales terms and prices quoted
on the price lists and web page without prior notice.
Should
an order be placed which is subject to a price increase, the order
shall be suspended and you shall be contacted for confirmation.
We
should also like to inform you that at the time of receipt of your
order one or more items could be out of stock. In this case, if
you have marked the ‘I accept partial
delivery’
box, the order shall be processed and only the items in stock
shall be sent immediately; if this box has not been marked, the
order will be suspended and you shall be contacted for
confirmation.
